  • content that is exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements due to imposing a disproportionate burden.

Applicable procedure

If a request for accessible information or complaint is rejected and the applicant does not agree with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the applicant may file a complaint. A claim may also be initiated if a reply is not received within twenty days.

You can do this by submitting a Generic Request at a Registration Assistance Office (OAMR) or General Electronic Register (REG), in addition to the other options set out in Law 39/ 2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The complaint must be addressed to the Subdirectorate General for Personnel and Inspection of Services of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
